The ultimate birthday cake

I made this cake for my boyfriend this year. It was so huge that I invited more and more people, just to make sure the cake was eaten.
The good thing about it is that it's relatively light... it may look like a whipped cream, but the filling consists mainly of yoghurt, so you don't feel like a thousand pounds after eating it.

You will need:
- a baked pastry case (sponge) (zu deutsch: Biskuitboden), either self-baken or bought; cut horizontally into 2 or 3 slices
- 200 gr of white chocolate
- 2 eggs (white and yolk seperated)
- 750 gr really good and fresh strawberries
- 500 gr yoghurt
- 50 gr sugar
- 6 slices gelatin
- 1 tblsp citron juice

How to do it:
- let the chocolate melt in a double boiler
- stir eggyolks and sugar until creamy, then add chocolate, yoghurt, citron juice and stir
- liquidate the gelatin and add
- whisk stiff the eggwhites and add
- clean the strawberries and cut them into half.
Cover each slice of the pastry case with strawberries, then add the filling. Put one on another, then cover the whole cake with the yoghurt mixture. Decorate generously with strawberries and everything you want and voilà - there is your cake!

Language change

Ok so from now on... this blog will be in English. One reason for that is: my column at europeandme.eu is in English, so I'm used to write about food in that language. Another reason is, all the blogs I read and enjoy are written in English, and so I have the secret hope that they will enjoy this blog, too :)
Next post following sooon...

Edit: As I'm no native speaker, excuse my mistakes :)
